On 18th October 2011, International Relations set The Thai Culture Learning Project for Chinese Students from Qujing Normal University. The project focused on cooking famous Thai food and making Thai desert in order to encourage and increase the knowledge of Thai Culture by practice in the real situation. The students had the great opportunity to practice by themselves in the suitable atmosphere with professional instructors and staff from Food and Service Business Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University.
The Thai food and desert were the following:
1. Tom Yum Kung – Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup or Lemongrass and Shrimp Soup
Lunch Time Thai foods and desert made by themselves
